Day 100

This past week was different than most. I had an 8 page paper due... which was not fun, but it kept me busy, but it was also my last major homework assignment. I have one more project in Geology, but other than that I don't have much to do but little 5 minute homework assignments... and studying for a few more tests. No biggie.

So pretty much, I really don't have much homework to do... which leaves me wondering what I will do with all my free time.... I really don't know. Spend more time on my blog? ;) Spend more time with my camera? I'm sure I'll figure something out! I am ready to read some good books! I just don't know where to find them :)

Another thing that happened was that I decided to change majors. I no longer am planning on getting my Early Childhood Education Bachelors. I am planning on finishing my associates (only 7 more classes), and then majoring in something else. I decided this because, although I love my ECE classes, and I love children, I can do everything I want with my associates degree, and I won't get paid any more for having a Bachelors... which means I will have a hard time paying off college.

Right now I am not sure what I want to do. I am considering majoring in nutrition, or possibly childbirth educator... lactation consultant... or something to that degree. I have no idea, really. I have a few more months to try to figure something out.

The nice thing about majoring in Nutrition is that I think I would enjoy it, and from what it looks like, I have already taken about a year and a half of the classes I need... if they all transfer that is :)

Who knows. It's something that I will be praying about and researching.

Anyway, back to today. These were the kids that I had in church today. Only three. But they are precious. :)

Oh, and for those of you who may be wondering... I did sleep last night. :) A good solid 5 hours. Not too shabby.

Day 51

This is a little boy from church :)

I didn't really like many of the pictures I took today. It's hard to capture kids when they're moving all around :)

Day 23

This is exactly how my Sunday school classroom looks every week. My life is surrounded by crayons, coloring pages, mess, and children. I love it.

I've also found out that I LOVE keeping my camera on a lower aperture, because I love seeing it focus on something. I should probably start learning about more than just blurring the background out.
