Today I did laundry in my bathtub. Actually, I just tried to get rid of the pee smell from all the dog stuff before I took it to the laundromat.
I did not like doing this. Gross.

On a happier note, today is April 14th. There is one day a year that all 8 of us Shedd kids are either odd or even ages. Yesterday was my brother's 12th birthday, and tomorrow is my sisters 17th birthday. In the past, we used to use this day as an excuse to take a picture. (I'm not sure if my family took it in Ecuador or not)

Today our ages are: 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, and 6.

This is so neat! I love dates like this - figuring out the patterns among the birthdays. Especially when you find ways that you or one of your siblings is unique from the rest (when you have 8 kids, you'll look for any reason to be a little different:).
What is unique about me in my family in that I'm the only one to have been born on an odd year, and I'm the only one to have all of and older sister, older brother, younger sister, and younger brother:)
