Day 105

I saw these flowers blooming on a tree (yay for spring! :)) and I thought, "that would make a nice and easy picture." boy was I wrong. Very wrong. If you were around Colorado Springs today, then you know that it was VERY windy. And it was COLD. It was COLD wind. It was bad. And uncomfortable. Well, the branches would not stay still. So I was trying to hold a branch still all the while trying to manually focus on the flowers, change my settings and take a picture that didn't blur. It was hard.

This morning I decided to play around with it and edit it some more... This is how it turned out.

That's a tough situation (I think anytime of taking pictures in the cold is a tough situation:). I think you did a really good job, though, and got it quite in focus for all you were having to deal with. Was auto focus not working, though?

Okay , I have that problem, too, with the auto focus. So when you're in manual focus you can focus closer. Maybe the situations I've been in are impossible, but I've always found that if the autofocus refuses to work, my camera cannot physically focus an closer. That's cool that it works for you. I'll get it another try to see:)
